LANDSCAPE, NATURAL AREAS OR FORESTRY PROJECT AUDITS

Contract Terms

The following is a list of work to be included with your insurane damage claim assistance:

• Perform Landscape Health and Condition Evaluation for all landscape items using Landscape Economics Evaluation standards and Worksheets.  This includes determining the Florida Grades and Standards’ Nursery Grades for trees and palms only. The Evaluation results are a basis for determining whether the landscape is complete/whole and meeting minimum standards for this municipality.
• Summary Evaluation Report stating observations, recommendations and professional opinions for the landscape on property named. Project Specifications and budgets for maintenance and remediation work are included in Report.
• Attend review meeting with Client (up to 2 hours) to discuss Evaluation and plan recommended Work Items to meet budget constraints.
• Additional consulting, site visits and meetings are available as requested by Client.
