EXPERT WITNESSING

Contract Terms

The following items are the major portions of work to be reviewed for inclusion:

• We will provide an Expert Witness for the client's situation.
• We will provide consulting and research as requested by Client for project.
• We will prepare written Expert Reports rendering opinions, appraised values, and other relevant information.  The report will be presented to client in draft form at a review meeting.
• We review any Report with you once for final edits.
• Any subsequent research, reporting, meetings and expert witnessing is billed at our listed rates.
