Contract Terms

The following is a list of work to be included with your environmental and landscape regulatory violation resolution assistance:

• We will perform an evaluation of trees that are cited in the Violation Notice and documents. This includes field evaluations, Field Data Worksheets, and recommendations for remediation.
• We will produce Damage Summary Report including: Professional opinion regarding vegetation cited in the Violation, opinion regarding the Violation determinations by agency, recommended violation mitigation and costs using Landscape Economics evaluation results, and Violation Settlement options.
• We will attend negotiation/settlement meetings with Agencies with Interest.
